Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and must include the original invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return, but the total time—including shipping and bank processing—may take up to 2 weeks.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
